JOB DESCRIPTION

Focus on:

Individual Contribution | Inter-department Coordination | Team Work

Implementation of Website Projects | Website Presence | IT Assets | Admin | Analytics

KPIs –

• Translation of Business/Digital Objectives into a result-oriented dynamic web presence.
• Periodic Audit and Review of Website presence and IT assets
• Putting a project plan and operational excellence in terms of Planning and Timelines for multiple website projects
• Managing any vendor, tool, and technology specific to each Email campaign, IT and Admin
• Teamwork as and when needed
• Success Metrics, Reports, and Analytics Management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT or a similar field.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as a WordPress developer.
• Good knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Good knowledge of WordPress PHP code. (i.e Custom post type, Hooks, Functions)
• Good knowledge of WordPress Page Builder like Elementor, wp-bakery, etc.
• Hands-on experience in Shopify/D2C website development
• Ability to manage multiple websites at a time, (i.e. multi-tasking).
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting website-related tasks. (i.e. implementing SEO tasks, client requirements tasks, etc.)
• Solving the website hack issues.
• Designing and building the website front-end.
• Solving the website forms issues. (i.e. SMTP setup, forms working issues)
• Managing the website back-end including e-commerce and server integration.
• Modifying the WordPress themes and plugins.
• Troubleshooting content issues.
• Monitoring the performance of the live website.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Uday Park, Delhi – 110049, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
